  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

We primarily ship through USPS, but may use other reliable carriers such as UPS or FedEx when necessary. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is currently not available but may be added in the future.

  • Vertulia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.


7. Local Pickup (If Available)

Customers in the Brockton, Massachusetts area may be eligible for local pickup. If applicable, you will be contacted to schedule a pickup time and location.
